School Business Administrator

As Business Administrator of Stanhope School District, Lorraine works behind the scenes as a dedicated manager and custodian of the school district's finances. She is responsible for formulating and monitoring the budget and other financial reports, negotiating and awarding contracts, pupil transportation contracts and services, coordinating the maintenance of district property, food services, construction, financing and debt service, payroll and benefits, etc. Providing advice on school finance and relative legal assurances concerning disbursement of district funds in compliance with State and Federal regulations, she serves as Secretary to the Stanhope Board of Education. She is committed to exploring options to control spending without reducing the quality of education Stanhope District consistently provides.
