<strong>meningitis </strong>vaccine <u><strong>BEFORE </strong></u>returning <strong>to school in September.  </strong>Please provide proof that this immunizaton has been received <u><strong>BEFORE </strong></u>entering the building in September.  Students <strong>WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER SCHOOL </strong>in September if proof of vaccination is not presented.  The nurse is only in the
