In accordance with the law, the Stanhope School District stands ready to provide advice, assistance, and information to parents of preschool handicapped children (ages birth to 3 years) in need of such service.  This same law further requires the district to provide preschool handicapped programs to children between the ages of 3 and 5 years.  Parents who have concerns or desire information in this regard are asked to contact the Supervisor of Special Education, Mrs. Judith Kwiecien, at stanhopecst@stanhopeschools.org or call 973-691-5489.
