• Mr. Nicinski is originally from Union County but moved to the northwestern part of the state in 1995. He is a graduate of William Paterson University (BA in History) and Centenary College (MA in Instructional Leadership). After serving in the U.S. Marines during Operation Desert Storm, Mr. Nicinski had a career in law enforcement serving at the Union County Sheriff’s Office and the Hanover Township Police Department. His educational experience includes teaching social studies at Mount Olive Middle School, assistant principal in Ogdensburg Elementary School, middle school principal followed by director of elementary education/supervisor of special education for the Great Meadows Regional School District. Mr. Nicinski was the superintendent/principal of Ogdensburg Elementary School before coming to Stanhope Public School District.
    Presently, Mr. Nicinski lives in Allamuchy with his wife and teenage son.
