My journey into education started at an early age. Teaching my stuffed animals the ABC's eventually evolved into babysitting, camp counseling, tutoring, and finally becoming a teacher in the Fall of 2000. After having my two daughters, I completed my Master's in Education in the Spring of 2009. I continue to educate myself to provide a strong academic environment for all of my students.   
   My philosophy is to create an inviting classroom based on mutual respect, where children feel comfortable to ask questions and are not afraid to learn from their mistakes.   As long as my students are trying their ultimate best, that's all I can ask!
